The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gap analysis, requirement gathering, and agile methodologies. A proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements is essential.
Functional knowledge of the finance domain is mandatory, including familiarity with processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting. The role involves process mapping, improvement, and reengineering to optimize operational workflows and align them with business goals. Experience in analyzing and enhancing finance processes to drive efficiency and accuracy is critical.
Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams, finance professionals, and business stakeholders. While transition management experience is an added advantage, it is not a prerequisite.
