We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented IT PMO Lead to oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) for a global ERP and CRM transformation initiative. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of a complex program involving Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Darwinbox, Payroll, Anaplan, Power BI, and related technologies. The IT PMO Lead will be responsible for establishing robust program governance structures, defining project management frameworks, and standardizing methodologies to align with industry best practices.
They will serve as the primary administrator for Jira and Confluence, optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless collaboration across all workstreams. Additionally, the role involves managing the program portfolio, tracking interdependent projects, allocating resources effectively, and mitigating delivery risks. Stakeholder communication will be key, requiring the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Power BI and Jira to provide transparency to senior leadership and steering committees.
The IT PMO Lead will proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and issues while implementing contingency plans to navigate unforeseen challenges. With a strong focus on governance, collaboration, and execution excellence, this role will drive the successful implementation of the ERP and CRM transformation program.
