This role requires a strategic leader to drive the modernisation and integration of enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee programme planning, execution, and delivery while managing stakeholder engagement, risk, and governance. They will spearhead global ERP and CRM transformation initiatives, define programme goals and KPIs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Acting as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, the candidate will foster transparency and business alignment while managing risks to maintain compliance, security, and operational resilience. Additionally, the role involves leading a high-performing, cross-functional team, driving innovation, and mentoring junior project managers. Change management will be crucial, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems through training and communication strategies.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration is required, with preferred certifications like PMP, ITIL, or Prince2. Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, analytics tools, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
