Test technical solutions based on client’s needs and process requirements.
Design testing plans to meet delivery deadlines.
Establish testing process and setup automation where applicable.
Customisation of existing SN testing processes.
Create and maintain testing ServiceNow environment.
Work in agile environment. Track defects and inconsistencies.
Work closely with BA’s, Developers, Architects and process teams.
Identify areas of process and tooling improvements.
Work closely with vendor resources to meet testing deadlines in case of larger projects.
Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
Exposure to the following key modules in ServiceNow is required:
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow solutions testing including modules: Incident/Problem/Change/Request.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow UI.
• Knowledge of service and product catalog – testing.
• ServiceNow web services and APIs testing.
• Experience of workflows or IntegrationHub testing. Working experience in following Technical concepts of ServiceNow is plus:
• ServiceNow testing framework.
• Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO.
• Previous experience as software tester or similar role.
