Build technical solutions based on client’s needs and process requirements.
Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes.
Understand the current “as is processes” and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes.
Customisation or development of enhancement requests for existing HR/ITSM/ITOM tools and processes.
Take care of end-to-end development activities for a specific enhancement or project as an individual contributor.
Work closely with BA’s, Architects, Testing team and process teams.
Identify areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected in process, security and performance aspects.
Ensure gaps are clearly identified and reported to BA/stake holders.
Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects.
Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
Exposure to the following key modules in ServiceNow is required:
• HR – proven development experience in several areas: case and knowledge management, employee service center, enterprise onboarding and transitions, enterprise document management, predictive intelligence etc.
• Expert knowledge of ITSM – Incident/Problem/Change/Request Management.
• Expert knowledge of CMDB and tables customization.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow UI and customization.
• Expert knowledge in setup and maintenance of service and product catalog.
• ServiceNow web services and APIs.
• Integration either through workflows or IntegrationHub. Working experience in following Technical concepts of ServiceNow is plus:
• Working knowledge of web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3).
• Working knowledge of relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, SSO. • ITOM applications.
